How is my order delivered?
Your order is delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, usually within a week of the order being placed.
How do I pay?
We use World Pay – a secure online payment system – to process your card details. We debit your card when your order is processed. The minimum card payment is £10.00. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta cards.
What if I change my mind after ordering?
Providing your order hasn’t been despatched, if you change your mind, just e-mail us with your cancellation and we will do the rest.
I’m not sure what to buy!
We’re happy to give advice. Call us on 10732 220 000 before 2 pm or leave us a message and we’ll call you back! Alternatively send an email to info@musicfortstarters.com. If you’re a children’s centre, nursery or pre school wanting to make the most out of your music why not ask us to help you select instruments and puppets to support your work. Our experts can ensure that you have instruments appropriate for your children, puppets to support and encourage participation and books and CDs for inspiration!
Can you invoice us? We are a school or early years setting.
Yes! Provided you are a school or early years setting, this is easy! Just place your order via our web-site (requesting an invoice), by fax, post or phone. Include a purchase order number if you are required to do so by your organisation, if not put your name as reference. Regular customers are also welcome to use this method, please contact us to arrange this.
Can you send me a catalogue?
Sorry – we don’t produce a paper catalogue. This is partly because we are a small company and want to keep our costs to a minimum (and pass this saving on to you!), but also because we (like everyone) have stacks of paper catalogues making mountains in our offices and homes – we don’t want to add to this! Please choose from our extensive on-line catalogue, give us a ring, or if you are local, please make an appointment and visit!
Do you have an environmental policy?
We use recycled packaging and stationery wherever we can.
